This work was created in collaboration with children ages 4 - 7. The forms of the bubble wands were developed based on an examination of the many shapes of hands depicted in over 150 children’s drawings.

Hands are a tool for communication, an extension of thought and expression. The bubble wand pendants are a continuation of the theme of inflate and childhood play and capture a precious moment in time of child development.
